Manager/Director, Operations

The role of the Operations Manager at AAD is to guide a team of talented individuals in a variety of areas, including manufacturing, technical support, supply chain and process implementation and improvement. These duties will include, but not be limited to:

Oversee manufacturing of multiple device lines

Oversee manufacturing of multiple test lines
-
Provide senior leadership with production metrics
-
Oversee customer technical support and related service metrics
-
Work with the Engineering team to solve technical issues
-
Oversee supply chain and order fulfillment
-
Be responsible for EHS compliance
Skills/qualifications
-
Ideal candidate will be comfortable in the role of high level management and also be willing to roll up the sleeves when the need arises.

Experience operating in a cGMP environment.

Ability to work in an entrepreneurial small-company environment
-
Role expectations are broad, but can be adjusted based on candidate’s experience and desire.
